Restricted Area

For this photo I sculpted the alien with epoxy clay, then I made the background with everything I could find that would pass as "spaceship" stuff (I used pencils, batteries, lids, etc). I painted the whole thing gray and silver.
for the floor I borrowed some griddles from the kitchen and I distributed them over a black piece of fabric so they would look rather convincing.

This is how the alien looked before the paint.

Nube: Precipitación

To make this I used a piece of wood for the wall and had my dad drill 2 holes in it (one for the hose and another for the fog machine) then I asked him to pour the water in the hose, as it fell in the floor I pressed the smoke button at the same time I took the picture to get the "cloud" effect.

This is how it looked before pouring the water and the smoke, I disguised the hose with cotton in case the smoke wouldn't cover it all.

Rock Paper Scissors

Rock Paper Scissors

To make this I took 2 images, one of my hand and the other of the skeleton's, then I blended the two photos in a single composite.

Invasion!

Invasion!

Invasion!

To make this photo I used several layers to compose the final image, I glued together two plastic plates and painted it to make it look like a flying saucer. I used a smoke machine to blend better the UFO with the clouds from the background.

Equipment Setup:
Camera: Canon 40D
Lens: Sigma 17-35 DG HSM
Flash: Lumopro LP160 @ full power and a Clairex Flash

Treasure Chest

Treasure Chest
To make this photo I used this tutorial from Indy Mogul to make the rocks, only that instead of covering them with newspaper I used a layer of paper towel and white glue. I did this so that when I poured the casting plaster on the "rocks" it wouldn't filter through the holes that I left with the masking tape.
you can see the process that I followed here:
